Richard Baland, MBA, CPA is married and lives with his family in Texas.
He is a Chief Financial Officer with the following licenses and certifications:

- Certified Public Accountant;
- Certified Cost Estimator Analyst;
- Certified Healthcare Compliance;
- Diplomate in the American Board of Forensic Examiners; and,

- Nursing Home Administrator.
He has an MBA in Finance from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas. He has been on the Board of Directors of several corporations, has been a college level instructor in Accounting, Computer Systems, Finance and Business Law.
